On June 13, 2011 Bridget O'Brien Swartz (left) participated in the Bill Signing Ceremonies for HB 2424 & SB 1499 with Governor Jan Brewer.

HB 2424: Establishes a panel that must study ways to improve guardianship and conservatorship laws through statutory changes.

SB 1499: Modifies probate procedures. Alters requirements related to making and modifying protective orders. Establishes remedies for unreasonable conduct and prescribes requirements related to costs and compensation.
