 Bridget O'Brien Swartz Joins Jaburg & Wilk, P.C.

 

(Phoenix, AZ) The law firm of Jaburg & Wilk, P.C is proud to announce that Bridget O'Brien Swartz joined their firm.  She will head the Special Needs practice group where she will focus on the financial and legal needs of minor disabled children and disabled adults under age 65, with an emphasis on public benefits eligibility issues.

     Bridget participates as a member of the Special Needs Alliance and serves as Past President on its Board of Directors, is a member of the Mental Health and Elder Law Section of the State Bar of Arizona, and a member of the Probate and Trust Section of the State Bar of Arizona.  She is also certified as an Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation (NELF).

     Bridget received her Juris Doctorate from Arizona State University College of Law and obtained a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Arizona State University.  Bridget is also an alumna of the University of Notre Dame where she obtained her Bachelors Degree.
